For the past few months I have thoroughly enjoyed my time being a Verizon Wireless Ambassador. I have been a Verizon customer since receiving my first Nokia phone in high school! Being an ambassador has opened a window of opportunity to try out the very best that Verizon has to offer. One of my favorite apps on the phone hands down has to be VZ Navigator.
VZ Navigator gives turn-by-turn directions to get you to your destination! The maps are accurate and updated every 6 seconds from 1.8 billion traffic probes. When I use it around ATL, I constantly get notifications of heavy traffic areas and even detour options to avoid getting stuck. While you drive, the app talks with turn by turn directions and shows a realistic map of your location.
The app even lets you know about nearby happenings near your surroundings. Unlike car GPS systems, VZNavigator works fine in parking garages.
You can tell the app where you want to go and make things even easier if you are in a hurry! 🙂
The VZ Navigator is an added feature for Verizon customers. Honestly, if you don’t have a navigation system I’d say it’s well worth it. If you do lots of walking or have recently relocated to a new city it’s great for those things too!
